Dear Geoff, I would like to thank you for Russell's lovely funeral service, many of the " congregation " agreed with me.
All of the family would like to thank you
Thank you very much Geoff, for putting together the eulogy for Bobs funeral.for also delivering it with reverence and a degree of humour, and making sure he got to hear "Tush" all the way through.( I'm told more than once) everyone commented on the day, what a lovely funeral it was.
Carole and family.
I just wanted to say thank you very much fot the lovely service that you gave my father yesterday. You handled it perfectly for us.
Hello Geoff, Just to say once again, thank you so much for a wonderful service on Friday. Also I was wondering if I could have my written copy of the eulogy back please, as the girls want a copy and I don't think I would memorise it all again, Well not in the correct order at any rate. I also would like to keep it for myself too. It was very nice to meet you, the circumstances making it sad of course, but I'm pleased that you were chosen for Bobs funeral and no one else. I know that Bob would have been well chuffed with it all.
Carol and family
Good morning Geoff
I wanted to thank you again for Mum’s service yesterday. The words you said meant a lot and added so much to the service.
We all said how nice you were and we felt you had captured our thoughts and feelings about Mum.
Thank you also for the long conversation you had with Dad before hand, reminiscing about days gone by. He felt he had left things in good hands with you.
We were so lucky that the day was so bright it some how makes you feel you can cope better.
Deanne & family

My apologies for the delay in writing to you – I am now back in Australia and am just getting myself organised.
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for all your grace and understanding during what was a traumatic and most difficult time for all our family.
Your support, before, during and after the funeral was very much appreciated and your serenity during the actual service was a shoulder we were all happy to lean on.
Thank you so very much

The whole family would like to thank you for helping to create a service that was truly perfect for our dad. Thank you for the time you spent patiently listening to our stories and our wishes, and for your wonderful suggestions and advice. The family who attended the service that day thought it was a wonderful celebration of our dad’s life.
With kind regards, Christina
Wow! Many, many thanks Bob for the wonderful job you did for us today! Everybody said the service was perfect. We had felt that one of us should read the tribute, in case ‘the Celibrant’ made mistakes, but we felt more confident after we met you. Certainly neither of us could have read it as well as you did!
Thanks also for the ‘commercial’ for the donation box. It contains almost £400!! I shall be delighted to take that to Priscilla Bacon Lodge next week. I shall ask younger son, who works for Archant, to put an acknowledgment in the local papers.
Many thanks again, Anya.
Hi Bob, thank you very much for today. The tribute from Fred and the poem were both perfectly delivered and you captured the tone and spirit of things perfectly. I'm so glad we chose you as the celebrant, Nicola
Just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you once again for last week. The service was amazing and just what we wanted and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. You are truly amazing at what you do and everybody we spoke to at St Faiths and at the wake all said that it was one of the nicest funerals they had ever been to.
Thank you again, think we made Dad proud.
Just to say thank you for taking Ann’s service today and for helping me put some readings etc. together last week.
I thought it turned out to be a fitting tribute to her and I was pleased that so many of the family managed to get there.
Also, thank you for supplying The Lark Ascending, I am sure she would have enjoyed that.
All good wishes,
Hello Julie G
I just wanted to thank you so much for everything you've done for mum's funeral, from our first meeting when you guided us through what we wanted spoken about mum's life, how it could best be delivered, to the actual delivery by you this morning. Everyone at the wake to whom I spoke said what a "nice and personal" funeral it was without the usual hymns and readings. They all thought your spoken words flowed and many of her friends learned quite a lot about her life, a good few picked up on what you said about travelling across war-torn Europe to get to England. As I said to you, it made me think too and I will ask good old Google to see what I can find out.
My sisters and myself are really pleased that we chose you to officiate at our mum's funeral, I had heard you twice before and knew that you did a good job and it was no surprise to me that you continued to do the same this morning.
We thank you sincerely for making this morning's service one to fondly remember,
Very best regards,
Rob, Astrid, and Susan. xxx

Hi Julie g (John Neale 12/4/18)
So sorry for the delay in sending you this but we all just wanted to thank you so so much for Dads service. Everyone said how lovely it was and a couple of people asked mum if you knew dad as you made it sound like you did which was lovely. Your words about dad gave us a lot of comfort at what was such a horrible and difficult time.
Hope you are well and thank you so much again.
Love and kind regards
Thank you Julie Greenslade for the beautiful service you conducted for my late husband David. You spoke as if you had known David personally, and I found that very comforting. Together with David's favourite songs, it was just what David would have wished for.

Dear Geoff, Thank you so much for your wonderful tribute to my father at st. faiths on Monday 9th April at 2pm. It was very touching, humorous and so moving but very him. Hi Liz thanks for a lovely service much appreciated
David Carol and the girls
I just had to say thank you for dad's funeral yesterday. You only see people when they are under a lot of emotional stress and afterwards I can't really remember what I said or who I spoke to.
However, you made the service flow wonderfully. We have had so many comments from family and friends that it was one of the nicest services they had been to. I know we chose the music etc, but the candle lighting and timing made all the difference.
Thank you so much, as it leaves a lovely memory for us all.
Good morning Bob,
I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful service you conducted for Dad yesterday afternoon. The words you put together were perfect and so many people told me afterwards what a beautiful and fitting send-off it was. It was a difficult day but your words gave me and the family great comfort.
I thought afterwards that I should have invited you to join us at the Earlham Arms. Please accept my apologies.
Hi liz, just want to say once again Thankyou from myself and my family for such a beautiful service, Ivan would have been well impressed. Everything just fell into place beautifully. I’m so sorry you were all waiting for us, I think I gave my family a few moments of panic. Everything turned out lovely though and everyone enjoyed Ivan’s celebration. Lots of laughter, tears and all the photos being projected on the wall at the old rectory. Hope you got home safely I know a few people had issues on the way home. Well liz thanks once again for an excellent service and we may see you again one day. Thankyou Betty & family. Take care x

You carried out your role with such care and understanding for myself and the family and many friends and relations made comments to this effect afterwards, once again, many thanks, kind regards, Pat.
David asked me to pass on his thanks for the brilliant job you did for his Dad's funeral service Friday afternoon.
As you can imagine, he has sat through numerous services whilst working here and he was really keen for it not to follow the 'normal format'. He is totally chuffed to bits at the way the service came together - It was just what he was hoping for.
So, thank you again for being fabulous!
Vicky x (peter taylors)
Thank you very much for the lovely service on Tuesday for my mother, Constance.
I know that she would have been thrilled to see so many people she loved there, to have heard the story of her life as you told it and to have heard some of her favourite music and readings.
It was such a moving ceremony in that beautiful setting, with the flurries of snow and then sunshine - all quite magical. As we chatted afterwards everyone agreed it had been a wonderful service and a lovely ending to my mother’s life.
Many thanks again.
With many best wishes

Thank you for today, the service was perfect and you worded it well, about Bill.Everybody said they thought it was well said.Hope your journey home was better than on the way to St Faiths. Many thanks Carole.
I have just come across your card and it reminded me to send a very belated testimonial for our Nan Sandra Beardsell’s funeral you conducted on Friday 24th February 2017 as you conduct so many I thought a memory of Brad Pitt and Hugh Grant life size cardboard cutouts may jog your memory 😊. You done such an amazing job our Nan would of loved the ceremony, you were so very kind and thoughtful and felt like an extra family member on the day. And I could see how passionate you are about making someones last goodbye so very unique and special.
So many people said that it was the first funeral they went to where it was a celebration of a persons life and not just a solomn day and that they would like a civil celebrant to conduct a future funeral, and I agree it was certainly a goodbye with style. I hope you are keeping well and read this message. Thank you again Hayley & Lee and Family xxx
Just wanted to say thank you for the lovely service you gave at my fathers funeral today.
Carole and Mark
Hi Julie g .. I sorry to contact you this way but I want to say a VERY big thankyou for making it so easy to plan and carry out our service/ goodbye to Jackie ..
Many people have since said what a lovely occasion it was despite our sadness at losing such an amazing friend .
As you would imagine we are under a mound of paperwork and trying to do our very best ( the last thing we can do to help Jackie) so I apologise for the delay in contacting you
With most sincere thanks and we wouldn't hesitate to pass your name to anyone we know who finds themselves in the same sad situation and needing sympathetic guidance
Best wishes Julie,
Sally and Richard and family
Hello Julie g: thank you for doing a wonderful job in leading the funeral today; you did a great job in weaving our various suggestions into a moving tribute to my Mum.
We would appreciate it if you could send us the final version you created; it would be a valuable memory for us.
All the best
Hi Liz, just want to pass on thanks of the whole family who think your leadership and handling of Mum's service was perfect. We had many kind comments about the service and many were complimentary of your part in proceedings, so thanks again from our hearts. It was a sad but also very special day for us.
May I thank you again for the service on Friday 22nd December.2017.
The way you actually conducted his service allowed us to grieve and say our goodbye to Marcel without the cold finality usually felt at this time. Your words conveyed a warmth as though he was still with us as he always will be.
Thank you once again for all you have done for us all and Marcel.
Just wanted to thank you. We were all so pleased at how the service was conducted and how you delivered it. Many people commented how good you were. The tributes to Pat were delivered so well, with empathy and compassion.
Kind regards Trudi and family
Good Morning Julie g,
I wanted to just get in touch to pass on our very heartfelt appreciation for the very gentle and calm delivery of mums service at Colney last Thursday.
The tone of the service was perfect and we can't thank you enough for the very genuine and sincere way you conducted the proceedings.
Your own wording that prepared us to say goodbye to mum was very lovely, and although I didn't hear him, little Oliver responded and said bye Nanny.
I can't think of any funeral that might be children friendly, and it was our concern that it might be too upsetting for them, but we need not have worried. You have a very lovely, peaceful way about you that made it very appropriate for the children to be there.
There are no words really to thank you enough. We only had one opportunity to get our fond farewell to mum right, you did that for us with what seemed like comfortable ease, and you made mums service and final farewell a very fitting tribute to her.
From all the family, thank you so much.
Dear Julie B,
On behalf of our family I cannot thank you enough for helping us plan and then deliver the perfect funeral for Dad, Roy Dye, on Thursday 23rd November 2017.
Andrew, Alison and I cannot find enough words to convey our thanks to you for making it the most wonderful, memorable celebration of Dad's life and giving us the strength to deliver the eulogies that we all were so intent on saying.
Thank you for being so caring and supportive. You put everything into helping us and we were always remember that.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you on behalf of my family for your kind help in arranging Wally’s funeral on Wednesday.
Everyone said your celebration of his life was perfectly pitched…………..and your personalisation made the short and sweet service a memorable one which is all we could have asked for.
Once again, thank you.
Thank you so much for your beautiful service for Maureen today. Many of our friends also said what a lovely service it was, and I hoped to talk to you and thank you properly at the Community Centre.
I hope you will accept our heartfelt thanks and admiration for the wonderful service you did for us. Such a smooth running, caring, but professional job, really does help to relieve some of the tensions of the day for the family, and will be long remembered.
Good morning Julie,
Thank you for the lovely service yesterday, Everyone said how lovely it was
and the tribute to Dad was spot on,
so thank you very much,
Cindy and David
Hello Julie B
Just a heart felt thank you for the lovely service you performed for my Fathers funeral. We all felt it was so apt and was very much appreciated by us all.
Very Best Wishes,
Paul has already put far more eloquently than I can our deepest thanks to you.
Thursday was just a surreal day of highs and lows.
Thankyou so much for the major part you played in it.
Well done for dealing with everything......
Thankyou again. It's such a shame you never met Dad as I'm sure you would have got on!
Julie and family.
I am taking this opportunity of writing to you on behalf of the entire family to thank you so much for the wonderful service you officiated for my late brother's funeral on Wednesday 11 October, 2017.
Even though we are aware that you did not know Richard we felt that service was executed in a way that was very personal to him.
Both my wife and I were delighted to have contributed to content and success of the service.
We believe we gave Richard the type of sent off that he would have wanted.
Once more many thanks.
Just a brief note to sincerely thank you on behalf of Mum, Julie, myself and the rest of the family for the beautiful tribute to Dad which you gave on the 12th October together with the service which you also conducted – it was just perfect in every way Tina. The whole occasion truly summed up everything we all treasured about Dad and it was delivered with feeling, care and in a way which was very personal to him and which we are all extremely grateful to you for. The day ended with the most stunning and spectacular sunset – so I think it’s safe to say that this was a sign of approval from Dad as well!
Very best wishes to you Tina.
Dear Mr. Hannam,
On this date last year, 13th October 2016, my husband, Tristan York’s funeral service took place at Earlham Crematorium officiated by yourself. I wanted, on the first anniversary of this occasion, to write and thank you again for the warm, kind and efficient way you looked after us all and made sure that everything ran smoothly and without stress. If it is the right thing to say, it was a lovely service and I have clear memories of how warm and loving this celebration of Tristan’s life was. That has been and is still a comfort to me.
Thank you again from all the family.
With kind regards
What can I say, but thank you so much for a wonderful service, you got mum to a tee.

Thank you so much for lovely service you conducted for my Dad. You made what was a very difficult day for us a lot easier. You certainly have a gift for what you do, and many people commented on the warm and loving way in which you spoke of my Dad. The poem which you picked was lovely and very fitting of a man like my Dad who loved the water. The service was short, sweet and full of sincerity, which is exactly what we as a family wanted.
Thank you again. If you could send me a copy of the tribute and the poem I would very much appreciate it.
Yours With Kindest Regards and Many Thanks,
Good morning Liz
On behalf of Mum and us three girls we would like to say a huge big thank you for the lovely service last Friday for Dad.
We all thought it was a great tribute to him, and so did all who attended, so so many remarked on it.
Thank you once again.
Just to say thank you. Julie led a very upbeat and positive funeral for my sister-in-law Muriel today. She was supportive and caring at a stressful time, for which the family is most grateful.
I just wanted to personally thank you for the service you conducted for my Dad yesterday. It was so fitting and we particularly liked the way you ended the service. It would have been exactly what Dad would have wished for.
Despite the shakes I am proud I was able to speak for him, he really was a much loved Dad who I will really miss.
I so wanted people to walk out and say that was actually a lovely service, and so many people did. Many people said it was the best they have ever been to, and that is exactly what Darren and I wanted.
So on behalf of the entire family thank you very much we are so pleased with how the day went.
With kindest regards
We have to say thank you for the service yesterday. Everyone thought it was lovely. The bufferfly cards on the seats made us smile even though we were feeling so sad. It just felt as though everything was just right for Dad.
Michele & Graham
Thank you for the lovely service for my mother on Thursday. Several people said how much they enjoyed the funeral...which sounds strange but Mum would have been pleased.
Thank you ever so much Tina.
You couldn't have made it better. So well delivered and everyone mentioned how warm and personal you made the tribute.
You are very good at what you do and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you X

Hello Julie B
I just wanted to say thank you for officiating at our Mum’s funeral service on Tuesday. The eulogy truly reflected her life
in a way that evoked much conversation after the service as relatives recalled occasions and events from earlier times.
Your kindness and care for us at such a difficult time was very much appreciated.
We will forever miss Mum deeply but are comforted by the fact her service was conducted exactly as we had wished.
I would just like to say thank you again for leading and supporting us through yesterday's service for Dad. I had a lot of positive feedback from our family and friends and we all felt that you hit just the right note, helping us to give Dad just the send off we were hoping for. Please accept my personal thanks for an exemplary job done. With love Pat x
I just wanted to write to express my heartfelt thanks for everything you did both before Friday and on the day itself.
Obviously, funerals are emotional and stressful and I was keen to get as much family involvement as possible, so that we weren’t just ‘observers’ but actively participating in celebrating Dad’s life. I sincerely thank you for making that a reality for us. Your words on the day were very fitting and you managed to combine the dignity of the occasion with the intimacy of the family. I will particularly remember you saying prior to the committal, “In his own words, he is ready to roll” - your finger poised ‘on the button’ for the precise moment! My sister and I smiled at each other at that point. Such a little thing – but it means a lot that people take the trouble to get it spot on.
My warmest thanks and best wishes
David Scotton (and the Scotton family)
Dear Julie B
I just wanted to email you my sincere thanks for a truly wonderful service you conducted for us on Tuesday. You put such a personal spin on it and it was so about Gary. I really couldn't have wanted any more for the day. The lighting of the candles was a lovely touch. I was extremely overwhelmed to see so many people there I have to say. Many people have also commented on the service and said how lovely it was.
I repeat what I said to you when you came to our house; I know it's your job to deliver sincerity but you really do a marvelous job and once again you have left a footprint with me.
With kind regards and sincere thanks
Nicky & Joshua XX
Good morning Bob,
I would like to thank you for the very moving and dignified service you
Conducted for my father yesterday.
I believe Hugh would have loved the poems and your tribute which sumed
Him up perfectly.
It was a small family congregation who were touched by the honour shown
To Hugh by the Royal British Legion, the Funeral Directors and yourself.
This email is long over due but things have been a tad difficult since my dear Mums funeral but hopefully things are looking up a bit now.
A heart felt thank you for the wonderful way you conducted Mums funeral service, everyone was very impressed but also comforted by the things you said.
You made a sad occasion so much better for our family.
Once again, thank you.
I hope by now you are happily relaxing somewhere warm and comfortable, and starting to make inroads into the books you packed!
I just wanted to thank you so much, on behalf of us all, for taking Alf’s service yesterday. It was beautiful, and I could just see him in my mind’s eye at the end, a slight glistening in his eyes, saying ‘Thank you, Bobbi, that was wonderful.’ As I said, I am quite a connoisseur of funerals, and I think yesterday we set the gold standard.
Thank you too for giving me the encouragement and the strength to read the tribute – your calmness in the opening phrases, perfectly pitched for the circumstances, enabled my nerves to settle and do something that I never thought I would be able to do. Even David was impressed! I’m glad, however, that you read the poems – your interpretation was better than mine would have been.
Beyond the sadness, I shall remember yesterday with great pride and satisfaction. I hope you will too.
With best wishes,
I went to see Mr Maggs' nieces this morning, Edna and Jane They had wanted to instruct Mulberry Days as you had conducted the funeral of Jane's mum and dad in 2008 and about 2010. Apparently you persuaded Jane to deliver a poem and Edna said that it was the best funeral she has ever attended! They are so happy that Mulberry Days are handling their uncle's funeral because of the funerals you conducted.
There you go
A massive thank you for yesterday. You were amazing and made it so much more bearable. We have had so much feedback on how great you were from people at the funeral. You did Neil proud.
Thank you for all your help, love and support. You have been a rock at a difficult time.
Rob and Katie xxx
Thanks again for today it was really lovely ceremony. We had a nice Sunny afternoon at the Black Swan reminiscing about mum.
Thanks a lot.
Just wanted to say a big thank you for the lovely service you conducted for my dad's funeral, Harry Adcock last Tuesday at St Faiths. Everyone said how lovely and personal the service was. Thank you so much for making what was a very difficult day into a wonderful service of remembrance.
Just wanted to say thank you for today, we all thought you did a great job and you really did my words justice.
Thank you very much for your help and support in preparation for our Father's funeral. During the ceremony your sensitive reading of our Father's Eulogy was extremely appropriate and you captured and interpreted our thoughts and feelings throughout. Thank you too for all your care and concern for us all at all times which helped us enormously during a difficult emotional time.
Chris was sorry she did not get to say goodbye to you yesterday, but would like
to thank you for the wonderful way you conducted the service,thank-you for your
help and support through our difficult time.
Chris and Roy.
I just want to say on behalf of my family and especially myself you were absolutely delightful.
The service for dad was just so special. You made a very difficult time for us so much more bearable.
It really has been a pleasure to get to know you professionally. I am sure you be wonderful as a friend.

Stephen and Jennifer.
Dear Julie b
I just wanted to drop you a brief line on behalf of our family to say thanks so much for the Service you conducted for our Mum, Barbara Wilson, at St Faith's last Friday - it was really just as we wanted it and you presented our family words beautifully. Everyone commented afterwards on what a lovely Service it was and we feel very lucky to have had you.
With appreciation and kind regards

Thank you for helping Daniel get through his poem.
Dear Julie B
Thank you so much for being the celebrant at my mother’s burial in New Buckenham recently. The ceremony was thoughtful and dignified but it wasn’t too solemn, especially when you recalled some of the story of her life.
The family much appreciated the way the ceremony was conducted and we were pleased and grateful to take your guidance.
Thank you for today. I thought you did a fabulous job.
Dear Julie b. I would like to say a massive thank you for the beautiful service you did for John.
Many people were coming out with a tear in their eye saying what a touching service it was.
I together with my family feel with your help it was a really touching tribute to the wonderful husband dad and grandad John was and we all loved him so much and I miss him terribly.
Once again thank you so much.
Dear Tina, i just had to write to tell you that the way you used my brothers and my memories of auntie Joan in your eulogy was very moving. i personally really liked the way that you portrayed her, and afterwards everyone i spoke to agreed. your help and your thoughtfulness made a difficult day easier to cope with
thank you so much
I just wanted to say a very big thank you to you, for conducting mums funeral in such a professional and respectful manner. I was very pleased with the way it went and felt we did her proud. Adam commented how good you were and said you could have been a family friend you had the measure of nan so well. I think that says it all really. Thank you again.
Just like to thank you for acting as the celebrant for Dads funeral last Friday. No end of people there mentioned how uplifting the Service was and how fitting it was for Dad. Your words about Dad were spot on, on behalf of the family thanks you for your work on the day.
Hi Julie g,
I would just like to add my thanks to you for the lovely service your company provided. It was a perfect blend of respect and levity and helped to make the best out of a very difficult and painful occasion for us.

To Bob, I would like to thank you for a lovely and comforting service. it was so very nice for some one from Rose Croix to do it, Malcolm would have been very proud of you. I do not really know what else to say, except a very big thank you from the bottom of my heart. Martha..
Real sad to say goodbye to a top lady today! Thanks to Tina Bowden I know we were all grateful for the wonderful service!!
A very sincere thank you to Julie B for handling Mums Service recently at the New Cromer Crematorium. She guided us through what was a very traumatic time with compassion, care and sympathy. Together we arranged an individual tribute for Mum that she would have loved herself. Emotional, of course, but handled with dignity and a genuine sincerity from Julie who supported us as a family at such a difficult time. "Thank you" doesn't seem adequate enough.
Cheryl, Denise and Elaine.
Want to say a BIG THANK YOU for last Monday celebrating Rodney's life.Everyone said how nice things were and how you conducted it.
We were all pleased and I thank you for your suggestions to help things run smoothly. The candle lighting amazed everyone,no one had seen it before.
Very best wishes.
Thankyou for Dads service yesterday it was just what we wanted, Everybody said what a lovely service you did and how it suited my Dad.
Thankyou Once again.
Dear Liz - I would like to thank you for the beautiful service you conducted for dad today. Everyone has been saying to mum and me that it was such a lovely service (and apparently hardly a dry eye in the house!) and I know Dad would have enjoyed it!
A couple who travelled from Hertfordshire have another funeral to go to on Friday and said they hope it is as lovely a service as Jack's was today, so thank you.
Pam and Doris
I and my family would like to thank you for the lovely service you gave Roger. So many people said you spoke as if you knew him personally which meant such a lot to us. Someone said it was the happiest service they had heard which is what I wanted in the nicest way.
I was overwhelmed with the number of people who turned up also at Caldecott hall there must have been 100 people and although I had requested food for 60 they had put on such a wonderful spread there was more than enough in fact too much.
Although I am so grateful to you I hope it is along time before we meet again.
PS thank you for the cuddle when we arrived at the crematorium!
So sorry not to have. been in touch sooner but the awful fluey
cold that seems to be doing the rounds has had me in its grip.
The unanimous feeling was that Stuart's funeral went very well
and Graham and I were very happy with the ceremony. Thank
you so much for your input and for guiding us through it all with
just the right touch.
Thanks again and best wishes,
I Dear Liz

Just had to write and thank you personally for a brilliant service you gave for Frank Haynes Funeral on 29th Dec 2016.
You conducted the service with such dignity, care, ateention to detail and your reading of his life came across as if you personally knew
him as a family friend. We could'nt have wished for anyone else to have taken the service as commented by all members
of our friends and family.
It was lovely to have met you and so many thanks again.
Mrs P Gent Mrs Joyce Haynes and family
On behalf of my family, friends and myself I wanted to drop you a line and say thank you so much for holding the service for my mum, Carole, on Tuesday 3rd January. So many of those whom attended were very impressed with the sincerity, warmth and conveyance of your service. I was indeed very touched by the tribute to my mum, it was a beautifully read piece.
Many thanks once again,
Dear Tina, and Mulberry Days Celebrants,
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for caring for our families at their time of need, and to let you know that we appreciate all that you do!
Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year from Breckland Funeral Service!
Verity & Howard
Thank you so much for all that you did and said yesterday. You were perfect for us. Thank you also for your great warmth and support when you came to the house. We felt able to relax and leave that part of the service to you.
I think we did Michael proud. We can never turn the clock back, we can only do our best with our lives in the future.
Best wishes, Rodney
Just to thank you for the lovely service you put together for Aunt Daphne today.
At the get together afterwards at Elm Farm Country House several of Aunt Daphnes friends and
neighbours and also her nephew Alfred and his wife Goodveig thought how lovely it was that you had
made it more personal to her rather than just talking about somebody.
Some of her friends were church people and we think they were surprised that the service was
just as nice or even better than having a Vicar (shouldn't really say that). So we were very pleased
that everybody enjoyed the service.
Could you please email us a copy of the Euology of the Service as Alfred, Aunt Daphne's nephew
from Norway would like us to send him a copy.
Our very best wishes
Peter and Wendy
Neil and 1 would like to thank you for the service that you carried out on behalf of my precious mum.
Your compassion and natural caring was very obvious and we appreciate all that you have done for us today.
We would like to wish you and your family (who are so lucky to have you) a very merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year
Pam and Neil
Thank you again for today it was a lovely service, and all the family wanted to thank you again.
Thanks very much for today. It was just as I wanted it to be. My mum would have approved.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for the service you did for my dad yesterday you did my mum and I proud. The day was just perfect even the sun was shining. You made it all so personal for us you spoke like you knew dad which meant so much to us.
Everyone who was there all had such great things to say about the service and how we had pitched it right with your version of the hymn and we had made dad proud.
So once again thank you very much.
Take care and all the best
Jill & Joan
(Favourite daughter and wife of William)
I wanted to pass on to you the positive comments a number of people made about your conduct of Thursday's service for my mother. They spoke particularly of the warmth and gentle purpose you brought to the proceedings. You also conveyed a clear appreciation of Gladys the person, not something easy to do.
My thanks for a lovely service and a good memory. As the attached photo, taken on my Mum's 96th birthday, suggests, she would have said 'Cheers!'
Many thanks for the way you conducted my Mum's serve on Monday, we all appreciated your contributions and I appreciated the kind and thoughtful way you looked after me both on the day and before.
All the best
I just wanted to thank you on behalf of the family for your tribute to Nigel. We all felt that the day went well and we were able to celebrate his life as well as feel the sadness of his passing. Having someone speak on our behalf and reflect our thoughts and memories was lovely.
Thank you again
Julie, Audrey, Phen and Paul
A huge thank you for not only one but two funerals this year, each time with your sweet and caring nature, nothing seemed to be a problem. I found it easy talking to you about firstly Geoff and then my mum, Margaret. They were two very different funerals but had the same relaxed feel thanks for your support, I would not hesitate to recommend yourself for any service, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Julie G, thank you very much for the way you conducted Dad’s service yesterday. The fact that you take the time to read through the tributes beforehand means that you actually read them exactly how we would, if we could have spoken.
John, Nicole, Kay, Tony, Gavin and I plus our girls just want to tell you how much your compassion and attention to detail mattered to us at this extremely difficult time. Your own summary of Dad was spot on – he really was an extraordinary person and the world is a much, much sadder place without him.
Thanks for doing the service yesterday. I just thought I would just let you know that at the reception afterwards, everyone was saying how good the service was. Everyone was glad that the service had been very much about Dick.
We want to thank you for the thoughtfulness you showed us when arranging my fathers funeral.
The service was all we could have asked for and the way you spoke of him, well it was like you knew him.
I felt that I really wanted to email you to thank you so much for such a wonderful service for our mum.
I don't know how, in the one afternoon that you met with us all, that you gained enough information to really portray our wonderful mum, but you did!
Everybody commented on what was a truly fitting send off for mum. The only added comment was that some of them wished they could have danced to the music!
Thank you so much
Cant thank you enough for such a wonderful service you did for makayla. The day went like a breath of fresh air and couldnt have done it any better. Thank you so much
I hope you had a good weekend and managed to enjoy some sunshine.
A big thank you from myself and the children for the wonderful Service you took on Friday. I know Roger would certainly have approved and it was a lovely way to say goodbye.
Several people commented on how nice your Service was and it was much better than anything too religious . You summed Roger up very well with your beautiful words and poems.
I hope one day our paths will cross again, albeit under happier circumstances.
Dear Tina and the team, have just heard about your well deserved nomination for " celebrant of the year " award. Just wanted to wish you the best of the luck for the competition and wish you good luck from some of the FDs that work with you all.
I just wanted to say a big thank you for today. The service was put together very well and you made everything very easy for us when you visited and helped us feel at ease.
I'm very grateful that Ivan put us in touch with you as it made a hard time a lot easier to deal with.
On behalf of my brother, Andy, myself, and my family, we would like to say a very sincere thank you to you. We could not have wished for a better service for our mum, Diane, last Friday.
Our mum was taken from us far too soon, and will be so dearly missed, but the words you spoke helped to ease our loss. We really wanted to celebrate our mum's life, and create a joyous day for her. You expressed all our feelings, and delivered a truly personal and thoughtful ceremony, it was almost as if you knew our mum.
We were overwhelmed by the amount of friends and family that joined us on the day, to all share their happy memories of mum, she touched so many lives.
So many people complimented us on creating a beautiful tribute to our mum, they all spoke so highly of you my lovely, and we are so very grateful to you.
Firstly many thanks, somewhat belatedly for which I apologise, for celebrating Margaret and her life so beautifully for us. Several people who attended said how lovely they thought it was and how much they appreciated your warmth and the comforting aura you have. You certainly made it easier for us to mark her passing for which I thank you very much. You have a magical way with you that supports and gives strength yet with no obvious outward sign. It is a great attribute. I'm sure all those who you support in this way must feel the same.
Several elderly friends who were unable to attend have asked if they could see the service order so if you could find it in your way to let me have your words I can let them have a copy. I'd really appreciate it very much. Thank you in anticipation.
My very best wishes Pat
Dear Bob,you made that day something special with your on the spot humour and ability to just tie what we wanted together into a smooth service. We really could not have done it without you, or the funeral directors for that matter.
I really wish you a very happy life and if I can ever do you a good turn please do not hesitate to get in touch. Richard.
Hi Julie G,
On behalf of my father, brother and myself I would like to thank you for taking my stepmother Joans funeral service yesterday 8th August. We were very pleased with the service and we all thought that you conducted it in a very sympathetic and fitting manner, which I'm sure my stepmother would have wanted.
Thank you very much and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.
I would like to thank you once again for making the celebration of
Robb's life easier to manage at such a difficult time. Your compassion
and understanding of what I was going through was brilliant, from
meeting you in my home to the actual celebration. I truly feel it was
filled with love and happiness and gave a good representation of who he
was, a loving, caring man who touched many people in his life. I still
cannot believe how many people attended.
I was looking at you leaflet again and realised I recognised Tina on
the back cover - I lived in Hethersett for 14 years - an amazing
Thank you once again
I just wanted to say a very thank you again for today. You put our words together so well and it summed Clemmie Day up so well.
We were overwhelmed by the amount of friends that came to pay their respects. It truly was an emotional time.
Thank you once again.
I shall never be able to THANK YOU enough for the wonderful tribute you did for Clem it all came over beautifully everyone was saying what a change it was and what a special lady you are to sum Clem up to exactly what he was and how they remembered him. A lot of the people today were his past workmates and also people who he had done work for, I could not believe so many people appreciated and loved him.
I know given time I will begin to feel better and today definitely helped in a way I had not realised and I know I will be able to talk about Clemmie without crying one day.
Thank you Liz for your care and help.
Julie B - there are not enough words to tell you how much my family, friends and all Jim's fishing mates appreciated the service you did for him. Everyone said it was the best (if they could say that!) funeral they have ever attended. Your kindness and compassion is second to none. Thank you so much. Barbara xxx
Hello Julie B, thank you for yesterday you gave great comfort to us all with the way in which you delivered dads service it was as if you knew him everyone commented on how lovely it was thank you kind regards Pam Joanne Paul and all the family
We cannot thank you enough for the amazing service that you helped us put together for John. The way you delivered everything felt extremely personal as if you had known him yourself. It was perfect for him and we had so many people afterwards saying how lovely it all was and asking about you. Many of them saying they had been to funerals in the past when the person delivering the service was so impersonal that they came away feeling quite upset and sad. My brother was such a character and meant something to so many people in different ways. He is such a huge loss to our family and his friends and we will take a long while to come to terms with what has happened. We do know however that we gave him the best send off we could with so many stories and tears and laughter at the Blue Boar afterwards, the last people left at about 9pm!
So thank you once again for your patience and kindness and understanding of what we needed for our lovely Johnny.
Hi Julie B
We were in such turmoil and very emotional then Julie stepped into our life. From the moment my daughter Lucy and I met Julie we felt so comfortable with her. She made us feel special and explained everything in such a kind way and introduced us to things we would not have thought of, for example the candle lighting ceremony. If a funeral could be 'beautiful' my Husband John's certainly was.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts Julie.
Brenda and Lucy
I understand that my brother has already written to you, but I wanted to add my voice to his thanks for the way you conducted Mum's service, and also for your guidance in deciding the form of the service. So many of the funeral guests have told us how loving and respectful they found the ceremony.
I must apologise - I had intended to ask you if you would like to come back to the house afterwards, but I'm afraid that I was not as in control as I had hoped that day, and it slipped my mind. Although I could imagine that you might need to distance yourself from family sadness in order to protect yourself. A kind of grief through osmosis must be difficult.
Thank you for your kind support and advice.
With best wishes,
I know that we spoke (of sorts) on the day but I just wanted to write on behalf of the family and myself. We all felt that the service you constructed and presented was excellent and in fact comment was made by others afterwards.
It must be a very difficult line to walk between being impersonal and not interested or being sickly and unctuous. You found just the right line and made no pretence to have known Mum, as some do, yet gave the personal touch.
Thank you very much as it helped greatly on the day.
We would have no hesitation in recommending you to others in our position.
I would like to thank, from the bottom of my heart, Julie Greenslade for her care and kindness and the way she conducted my Mum's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and she did exactly as we wanted to give Mum a good send off. Thank you Julie, it was a pleasure to meet you.
Teresa Wildman (funeral of June Walker 17th June 2016)
Just wanted to drop you a line on behalf of everyone at Yvonnes ceremony. Your relaxed, warm and informal style helped the occasion considerably.
So thanks again - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your work. All the best.
Dear Tina you are absolutely the best at what you do. Thank you so much for helping put together a service of readings & music so perfect to reflect John's Stepfather Roland's Naval Career which was always a huge part of his life. He certainly had the wind that day!! The care you give is personal & when you spoke of Roland during the service on 31st May 2016 it was as if you knew him that takes a special talent. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us on the day as it was just John & I at the service. Thank you so much with love from us both. Tarina & John Butcher xxx
I want to become a Civil Celebrant and any cursory glance through the Internet reveals a plethora of people offering training. So why did I choose Tina? Because she is local to me and her emails are friendly and personable. I found to my pleasure, that she is just like that in person too. I have completed my training and Tina is an excellent trainer. She dots all the i's and crosses all the t's. Nothing is too much trouble and no question is considered silly. Not only that, but she trains by example, not by classroom. And at the end of it all, she is still there for any further questions for however long I want to ask them. Tina is a brilliant trainer and I am so pleased that my instinct took me to her. Would I recommend her? That's a huge YES. Having seen her work in her Celebrant role, I would also recommend her to anyone looking for a Celebrant to conduct their ceremony. Unless you live in or around Thetford, then of course I would recommend me! You can be confident in me because I have been so well trained, thanks to Tina.
I would like to thank you for your part in the funeral of Norman Cook on the 31st of May.
You made everything perfect for our very sad day.
Thank you from Shirley, Richard and Edward.
With kind regards,
Bob,Just to say a big thank you for your service yesterday, it was perfect, Mum would have been very pleased!
I would like to thank-you for a very touching tribute for my father. It was very much appreciated by myself, my brother and my mother.
This is just a short thank you so much for the brilliant job you did at Dads service on Friday. You delivered his poems & tribute better than we could have hoped & made a very difficult day much easier & more memorable for us. We have received numerous comments on how lovely the service was & you were a huge part of that.
Thank you again
Susan, Mark, Lisa, Grace & families x

Hi Tina. I just wanted to say thanks again for the lovely service you gave for our Merv, he would have been very proud. Everyone commented on how lovely the service was and very appropriate for him.
Rachel and family xx
Hello Tina, What a lovely service for mum on 20th May. Everything significant, short sweet and to the point. Your voice was lovely and clear, you made us all feel at ease on what was one of the hardest days. We had people coming up to us asking who the lady was, Tina the celebrant. What a lovely service they all said. Jordan had lot's of people come to him afterwards saying how fitting the music was. Between you and Jason, you both did a wonderful job. Mum would have been as proud as we were.
Thank you, with regards Albert, Lorraine and family xx
On behalf of all the family I just wanted to say thank you so very much for how you conducted my dear dads service last Thursday.
You delivered the celebration of his life with such warmth and compassion, it really was a special service .
I don't know how you do this as a job, but I have huge admiration for you and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mulberry Days Celebrants to others.
Thank you once again,
Love from the Hudson Family x
We would like to thank you for the lovely tribute for our Dad last week. Everyone commented on the beautiful service you performed with warmth and empathy.
Thank you again for helping us through a difficult day.
With love from Marlene and Annette
Hello Julie B
Please forgive me for taking so long to write to you. I just wanted to express my grateful thanks to you for the facilitating Andy’s life celebration on the 6th April.
All the attendees have commented on how special you made it with your warm and comforting style.
Your initiation of the candle ceremony was an excellent addition to the service. For me you made a distressing situation bearable.
Thank you once again for bringing you own personal warmth and style to the service.
Hi Julie B
And now it is all over! Thank you for this morning Julie. So many people commented on how lovely the service was. I know I felt very comfortable with you when we met to discuss things and today you carried on in the same lovely way.
Keep up the good work! You have a gift for it!
Very best wishes
On behalf of Mum could I just say a very big thank you for all your work on Dad's service.
Some very kind words.
All the best.
On behalf of Dad, Sally, Chris ,Katy and myself, I would like to say thank you for your wonderful delivery of Mum’s tribute on Thursday. We had hoped that it would portray Mum’s personality and with your sympathetic delivery feel that this was achieved.
With many thanks
Budge, Sally, Becky , Chris and Katy.
Dear Liz,Thank you so much for all you did today, it was perfect. Mum could not have had a better send off.
Thank you so much for conducting a calm, happy and beautiful celebration of a long life and fitting funeral service for mum yesterday.
We were a small congregation, but I have had so many positive comments on the way it was led by you, I thought I must pass on the compliment. You managed to capture the feistiness and personality of mum without ever having met her. I am sure she would have approved!
With very best wishes and thanks again.
On behalf of my family and myself, thank you very much for the warm and friendly way you conducted the service for my husband, John, in March 2016.
Your experience and ideas, when discussing the planning and order of the service, were invaluable, and thank you for recommending really appropriate poems to include in the service.
Also, thank you for taking an interest in John's life and personality and incorporating these into the service in a sensitive and thoughtful way when reading our tributes.
You were perfect!
Many thanks and best wishes,
I would just like to thank you so very much for the beautiful service you done for us as a family for Michael 's funeral,it was sad but lovely at the same time. we were very grateful for the support you gave me and especially the boy's leading up to the day, again thank you.
Wonderful funeral service for Alice Evans. Many thanks from all her family
On behalf of all of us at the service today I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart and all the hearts that were attending for how you took everyone on a journey of Mum's life and made it so real for everyone. My Aunty Louie and cousins and Mum's friends were overwhelmed with the tribute that we put together and how you read it to all of us. It was as one said, "Liz told a story of mums life"
When I got there this morning after having a hug with you and then my mates I really thought i would not get through it too well at all but on the occasions i looked up whilst you were speaking during the service you steered me in the right way. so thank you so much.
It was an absolute pleasure to meet you and to have you carry out Mum's service and you have left a beautiful everlasting memory for everyone, as another said to me later, " it was like Liz actually knew your Mum, David"
If you have a copy of Mum's final tribute that you read and of what else you said throughout the service I would love to have a copy when you can.
Again, Thank You so much, the girls read through everything and burst into tears of joy and sadness.
Love and Take Care
David, Kym, Isabell and Bronte
Dear Tina, just a brief note to send my very grateful thanks for the way you conducted my brother Davids service on Tuesday. It was exactly the way i wanted it to be, i felt it was especially family orientated and personal, you were the right person to do it. I'm also happy that Glynn recommended you so highly, and that we took his advice, and that you were able to do it on the day. thank you too for the kindness and empathy extended to us when we visited you at your home. i arrived to meet a stranger and left having made a friend. my love and very best wishes to you and your family
just a few words of thanks for your kindness and help with mothers wishes on her passing
nicely done thank you
glyn webster and family
Thank you for your efforts today Julie B. Between you and Andy you made a difficult occasion a lot more tollerable than it might have been. We all felt that the way you organised everything was seemless and comfortable. Thank you from all of us
Hello Julie, u wanted to say again a very big thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the most lovely service I know I've ever been to. And for doing us proud and I know mum proud also. Most of the family and friends came to us after the service and also commented that it was a truly beautiful service. Thank you again, love Louise and Dad xx
WOW Tina! How wonderful was John's service, you made it so lovely, I don't
know how to express how you made me and our family and friends feel. Everybody just kept telling me that it was John down to a tee. John made the sunshine, which for me gave the day a lift, because when we had a holiday usually in this country, we always had perfect weather, and people used to say 'oh' the weather will be great your both on your hols.
I am so pleased with all concerned and of course yourself. You have a very special gift, of interpreting exactly how we feel about John. I feel both you, Paul and myself sent John off in perfect style, there was nothing I would have changed.
The wake at the Waggon went very well to and it turned into somewhat of a party, lots of laughing, singing, drinking and crying.
Once again Tina a big,big Thankyou.
Today I said goodbye to my husband Stephen.Tina did the service and what a wonderful job she did.She is a lovely lady and made our day more bearable.I cannot thank her enough and I am so glad I picked this way to say goodbye.when my time comes to join Stephen I hope my family will do this for me. Thank you once again Tina and carry on with your wonderful work xxx Diane
Sarah here you did my mums funeral Helen C on 14th January. Sorry for not getting in touch sooner but I just wanted to say a big thank you on behalf of myself and my brother and my family for doing the funeral. It was really lovely.
Huge thanks Sarah C.
Just a quick note to thank you for officiating at Dads cremation on the 22nd January. Jon and I are very grateful to you and appreciate the help, professionalism and sensitivity shown to us throughout.
Very best wishes Jan
Good morning Tina,
I just wanted to say a big thank you for the way you conducted the service for my father on Thursday. All those there said that you did a great job and that the service was really nice. With your voice being so soft and clear and you being in control the whole time, it all came across very well. Everyone thought the Match of the Day theme tune was good and it put a smile on some glum faces.
Thank you very much again for everything you have done for us, people you did not know from Adam only 3 weeks ago.
Take care and make sure that you retain your coping mechanism for dealing with what is a very difficult job done by very special people.
Good morning Julie G
I would like to thank you for the lovely thoughtful service that you provided for Ivan’s funeral. My father was not very happy that it was not to be a religious service, however, he told me how pleasantly surprised he was. I think it is always very difficult to sing hymns and say prayers when you are full of grief and I personally found this much more special to be able to talk more about the person we were there for.
Thanks again Julie I will certainly recommend this type of service.
Dear Mrs Bates
Just a quick note to thank you for the excellent service you gave for my Dad John.
It gave us all great comfort at a difficult time and enabled us to give him the send of I know he would have enjoyed.
All I spoke to afterwards (even the more religious of them) agreed it was an enjoyable experience even given the circumstances.
In theatrical terms a great piece of direction thank you
Dear Julie Bates,
We wish to thank you for the gentle, caring and comforting way that you helped us say our goodbyes to Alma. Guiding us through the service, reading the poem, the quote and eulogy clearly and giving loving meaning to them. We have had many lovely comments about the respectful way that you and George Bush east of England co-op Funeral Directors looked after us on what can always be a very difficult day.
We send you our many thanks. Alan, Jackie and Andy.
Kevin, myself and all the family would like to thank you for conducting my mothers funeral yesterday with such sensitivity and empathy, guiding us through the service with great care. You managed to capture her well!
Thank you and best wishes for 2016
On behalf of my sisters, Valerie and Sharon, I would like to thank you for the superb way that you conducted the service for our mother’s funeral, Evelyn Nottage. From the start you put us at ease and although you offered members of our family an input on the day, we knew that due to our emotions we would rather leave this in your hands.
Mulberry Days was our first choice for mother’s funeral because just 20 short months ago, you had been suggested to us by the funeral director for our father’s funeral. This suggestion was taken up and the service then was conducted by Tina.
Putting Mum and Dad together on your Memorial page on your web site was an excellent idea and we all appreciate this.
Thank you once again Mirian and thank you Mulberry Days Celebrants.
We have had a couple of days now to reflect on Tuesday and Matts passing and I personally wanted to send special thanks to you for your help and support during the last few weeks whilst we were putting the details together. The service was amazing, you certainly grasped how we were as a family and this came through in your comments. Everyone commented on what a special day it was and were privileged to have been part of it.
It is time now for us as a family to find comfort in our memories and to look forward to the future with Jason but I know this will take time.
Thank you again for your support and kindness shown to me and my family.
Wishing you and your family best wishes for 2016.
Thank you for your update on the day, it is very reassuring to know everything went smoothly and to know all the details. Michael sent me a quick text a little earlier telling me how happy he was with the wording and that he really felt everything you prepared and delivered was perfect.
We would all like to thank you for all your patience, time and effort, as well as all your support that went far beyond anything we could have ever expected.
I will definitely be recommending your services to friends and family.
I'd just like to say my heartfelt thanks for a lovely tribute & service for my father today. Many people commented on how lovely the service was and was extremely fitting for my father. On a very tough day it was very comforting to have everything go so smoothly with a well led service by yourself.
Dear Julie G,
Thank you so very much for the wonderful service you conducted for Maisie on Friday. Your tone, your presence, and empathy filled everyone's hearts.
We know without any doubt, that you must have been a very good nurse, but we're so glad that you have changed careers because we're so grateful that you were able to do the tribute for us.
We were completely overwhelmed with how many people came to support us and Maisie, and please be assured that everyone we spoke to thought you were absolutely wonderful.
Wishing you every success and happiness for your future.
Kerry, Iain and Harriet

him and felt the grief we were feeling. I am so pleased we had you do both our parents service. So once again thank you very much.
Hi Julie g
Kate and I would like to thank you so much for today.
We have had so many comments on how lovely it was.
We really appreciate the time and effort you put in today.
Thank you once again.
I just wanted to say thankyou again for the lovely service for mum last Tuesday.
It must take a wonderful person to help a family at a difficult time, and to effortlessly create & conduct such a nice service.
Dean & family.
Hello Julie g
Just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for the service on Monday.
Although it was an emotional day I thought it was a beautiful service and I know Jean would have been very pleased.
Thank you for making it so special.
I just wanted to write a note to say ‘thank you’ for all you did Monday. The feedback from everyone in attendance was that you delivered a very professional and moving service that hit the mark perfectly. Thank you Julie from myself and my family for helping us through my husband's funeral service. You were such a great help to us all, we so appreciated your comfort and support at this difficult time. We felt the service was a lovely tribute to a dear husband, dad and grandad - thank you x

Thank you so much
You made a very difficult time a whole lot easier. I can only thank and praise you for your kindness and understading of my dad's (Brian Bird) life.
Tina, special thanks to you there are no words to say all that your kindness has meant, thank you so much for celebrating the life of my brother Brian.
Family and friends who came to say goodbye to Brian have all commented on your presentation of a lovely service.
it was very calming and a moving tribute
Neville & June..
You were amazing Julie!! Thank you so very much xx
I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for conducting my fathers funeral today, I had several people come up to me at the Black Swan to say how good they thought the service was and a couple of texts to say how they thought the service was just right for my father and how they thought he would have been pleased with it.
Possibly most importantly my mother was very happy with it and felt it caught just the right note! (high praise indeed!)
Thank you again for all your hard work and I hope we can meet again (possibly under happier circumstances) we will certainly be happy to recommend you to anyone else who may want a similar service.
With many thanks for all your help yesterday. It all went well and what Pa would have wanted.
You made things easier for my Mother, brother Alan and me.
With all our heartfelt appreciation.
Just like to say a big thank you for today on behalf of my family in respect of my Mums funeral .
My mum would have been so pleased on how the service was delivered by yourself, as was my Dad, immediate family and all those that attended today. A fitting tribute to her life.
Many thanks MIrian, it was a pleasure to have met you in such sad times, and hope that any future Services conducted by yourself will be greatly received by others as we have today.
Hi Julie G
I would just like to say thank you from me and the family for such a lovely service, she would have loved it (as much as you can a funeral)..
We went back to mine and celebrated her life
Thank you to Julie G. for the lovely service you presented for our father's (Kenneth Kiddle) funeral yesterday
Thanks to Julie Greenslade for all her help and support over the last couple of weeks. Yesterday was a sad day having to say goodbye to such a great person, but Julie summed his life up perfectly and contributed to such a positive send off for an amazing gentleman. Many thanks. X
Dear Shayne (john Browns funeral services)
I apologise for the delay in writing, but has been a very difficult time since dad's funeral - my mother is now in respite at Heath House.
I would like to thank you for all you did for dad's funeral - it made the journey much easier. Heath House were very complimentary about your care of dad.
Thank you for all the information you helped us with - the way you explained our choices made making decisions easier.
I would also like to thank you for putting us in touch with Liz Radley from Mulberry Days. Liz was marvellous - she had a calmness and warmth about her that was very reassuring. I felt Liz was in complete control of everything from the first moment I met her. Several of the congregation made comments about how lovely and personal the service was. I would not hesitate to recommend Liz to anyone.
Dearest Tina, Thank you for being there
Lots of love
Susie and family. x
Just a message to say thank you very much for taking the

Liz I would once again thank you very much for lovely service and most wonderful words you said about my father
Dear Liz,Now that I am back I am going to write to John Brown's & thank them for the funeral arrangements, but also to let them know how wonderful you were throughout the whole journey. I really felt you were there supporting me & we have had some lovely comments about the funeral & the Tribute. My uncle asked after the funeral if he could have a copy of the Tribute to take back for his wife to read - which led me to sending a copy of it and the Order of Service to those who could not make the funeral - we have had some lovely replies and memories from everyone.
Thanking you so much for your care & thoughtfulness.
On behalf of my entire family I wish to thank you so very much for making my wife Margaret s funeral service a truly touching memorable occasion you really made what is a very sad situation a beautiful way to say goodbye to my wonderful wife and mother.

My brother and I would like to say a big thank you to Liz Radley who conducted our fathers funeral on 22nd May. She was kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We received many compliments on the service from our family afterwards saying how lovely it was and how personal it was to our father.

I would just like to thank you for the lovely moving send off
that you did for our Mum on tues 12th May, we were all touched by the the
way the service was put together and I'm sure Mum would have been happy too.
As you know from the things I told you about Mum she was a quiet lady in
her life and the words you wrote got her life just right. My sisters were
moved by the service and have asked me to thank you too. The Bilney Hall
ladies told me that it was the best tribute they have heard and they felt
that Mum was there too as they knew her well in her last year, and Alison ,
the manager of Bilney Hall has been to a lot of funerals , it's part of
her job .
Again Trish many thanks from all of us ,
Thank you very much for your assistance with the service yesterday. Everyone thought it was a lovely remembrance to my mum, very personal.
The candle poem and lighting of the candles was very well received, so thank you for that suggestion.
Finally thank you for your support on the day to all of us but in particular to the readers who were all brilliant but struggled a little at times, so it was great you were there to help them get through it.
I am certain my mum would have been very happy with the service.
With very best wishes
“Hi Julie G, I just wanted to thank you again for the lovely service on Monday, several people thought you knew my mum, so you did a great job! Rachael x”
Hope you are well.
I understand my sister Deborah has already emailed you to pass on our thanks to you for dads lovely service yesterday but I wanted to thank you aswell personally on behalf of us all.
For such a painful, emotional event you really did give us the personal touch and it felt as though you were part of our family and had known us and dad for much longer than you have.
He would have been very proud to have heard your caring, soft voice detailing his Life the way you did,we all feel blessed that his final tribute was performed with such dignity and feeling.
You are a credit to your profession,a beautiful, caring, warm human being and we all wish you the very best health and happiness for future years.
Please take care and thankyou again from the bottom of our Hearts.
I just wanted to say 'thankyou' again for your words yesterday. I must admit that the service was a bit of a blur to us, even after four weeks of preparation, it was still a strange day.
Dad would have approved of just his small family and close friend (a fellow allotment holder and ex neighbour) being there! Big events were never his thing so it was perfect all round.
My brother David takes after dad with his quietness and great love of the outdoors. He wanted yesterday to be special and afterwards back at mine he had a chance to remember the day and his verdict was that it went exactly as he wished so again thank you for helping to make that happen.
Regards and best wishes
Good morning Tina,
On behalf of all the family , particularly Tony and myself, I would like to thank you so much for your help in leading our service yesterday. We were so pleased with how it all went and your words were perfect. You had certainly listened to our thoughts and read the tributes so youhad the most perfect picture of our Mum. It really made it. I felt the grandsons carrying the coffin and the people reading all gave Mum the best they could. As we all said Grandma/Mum would have loved it.
Yourself, Ivan and Terry from Woodland certainly should be commended on your work.
As much as I would love to meet you again soon I should hope it won’t be for the same reason!
best wishes and thanks
Celia and Tony.
Richard and I would like to thank you for conducting Dick's service yesterday. I must apologise for not thanking you yesterday but confess that we got side-tracked and just forgot.
Your tribute 'hit the spot' and everyone commented on how fitting it was. So thanks again for your help and guidance.
By the way Andy Williams hasn't arrived yet so it was a good job you had Matt ready to step into the breach.

Hello Julie G,
This is a belated email to send you our heartfelt thanks for conducting Phil's service so well. Many of the guests have said how they felt the service was lovely and a very fitting tribute to Phil, which was everything we hoped it would be.
As you can probably imagine, it has taken me this past week to even try to surface from the funeral, and I know we have a long, hard road ahead of us but we all feel the funeral helped us to say goodbye in the most fitting way.
I do apologise for the delay in contacting you, but I hope you understand.
Thanks again from Ros, Lindsay and Catherine.
Thank you once again for the lovely service that you conducted for my father (Edward Cletheroe) at St Faiths last Monday (16th March). All the people who attended said how nicely it was done.
One of the ladies would like copies of the two poems which you read at the service. Could I worry you for that please?

It was a very fitting tribute to him, and i've had some lovely comments.

Hello Julie B
I would just like to say a heartfelt thankyou for the lovely service you gave us yesterday for my darling Jeff.
At the get-together afterwards everybody was saying how beautiful it had been. If Jeff was watching over us I think he would have been a very proud man.

Richard is a great organist as endorsed by yourself and Gavin (funeral director) and please pass on my thanks to him.
My Dad had a wonderful send off and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I must thank you so much for the beautiful service for my Mum (Win) last Thursday, it was a very emotional day for me but I did manage a few smiles amongst the tears also with the wonderful presentation you gave.
Many people came up to me after the service to ask if you had known Mum and where you a family friend. As they thought that you must have known her by the way you spoke of her.
The whole service came across as a heartfelt appreciation of Mums life, thank you so much Rowena, you did Mum proud.....and me of course too!
I can't thank you enough.
With much love and appreciation, Margaret, James and Sophie Young. x
Here we are nearly 2 weeks after the service for Mum, Andrea Sabala.
I wanted to thank you very much for your input. I found the service "one of the best"! If one can say that. Everyone had very similar comments. (Even mum's brother Dudley who has been a Mormon all his life)!
I understand you meeted and greeted people before our arrival, thank you.
It was a good send off for Mum.
Sending you and your familly health and happiness
Good Morning Tina,
As you can see from the time of writing, my sleep pattern is isn't improving any!
Thank you so much for helping me to put together the Celebration for Judy yesterday and for conducting the proceedings so smoothly and effortlessly; your lovely calm manner and thoughtful words were just so right for the occasion.
Thanks to you and all of the friends who contributed so well, I really did feel at the end of it that we had done Judy proud, that it was the day I/we had planned and hoped for, and that all of her many friends would remember for all of the right reasons; we even sneaked some sunshine in. I hope it also gave you some insight into the girl she was and how much she was appreciated.
As we gathered and chatted over lunch, so many of our friends, many of whom had not experienced that type of ceremony before, were genuinely brimming with compliments for your contribution and sewing the whole proceedings together. The unanimous verdict was that you were brilliant - so don't blush !!!.
I now know that you and your other half are also keen photographers; once I get some cards made from a selection of our photos, I'll send you one.
On behalf of all the family we would like to thank you for conducting a beautiful service on Monday.
Good afternoon Julie. Having had time to reflect over the last few days and discuss the funeral with the family and friends I would like to say a very big thank you for the compassionate and professional way in which you approached the service.
We are so glad that we used Andy Free and that he in turn put us in touch with yourself. I would also like to apologise that we completely forgot to invite you back to the Bowls Club for the after service celebration, which went very well. Once again thank you

I would like to thank you for the sensitive and sympathetic
way you handled mothers funeral service on Monday.
We received several
comments echoing our own feelings as to how you represented Lamby, as
if you knew her personally. You made the experience much easier for us
all. An experience which could have been much more traumatic.
Now back in Scotland.
Would like to thank you for a wonderful service.
Everything was perfect .
Thanks once again .
Dear Julie G
I am writing to thank you very much for what you did at the Crematorium. The whole ceremony was very dignified and your words were just right for the very sad occasion. All of those who at tended the Cremation Ceremony were most impressed and I would like to let you know that I thought it went without a hitch. I am sorry that I got a bit overcome during my speech, but it was the saddest day of my life, but I knew that everything was going well and all were very appreciative of what you did.
Thank you again
Thank you so much for the lovely service on Wednesday. I am sorry i didn't get to thank you on the day.
Your words touched so many people at the service , my mum would have been so proud. Words cannot justify the feelings of not only the family but friends as well. I especially am touched by your time and care through out the service. your kindness will never be forgotten.
On behalf of the family but most important of all my dear mum thank you so much.
My dearest regards
Rich and family

FRIDAY WAS VERY HARD TO TAKE BUT YOU MADE IT MORE BEARABLE FOR ALL OF US.

MELVA AND JOHN VINCENTS MUM AND DAD
Thank you for the truly beautiful service today, we loved it and Richard would have as well!
My apologies for not attending at graveside, it in no way diminishes the thought and feeling you put into the day and it all is and will always be sincerely appreciated.
If, by any chance, you have the words you spoke throughout the service typed by section would you be so kind as to forward me a copy? Some of the family overseas would love to see it...
Thanks from us all xx
Would like to thank you so much for the wonderful service you gave for Sid's funeral yesterday. It all went really well and everyone was pleased with the service.

Many thanks Cheryl, Keith, Jill & Gary.
Dear Julie b
I just wanted to say a very personal thank you for your ministrations on Monday at Mum's memorial service.
It was obvious that you had taken the time and trouble to get to know the person she was and I felt that everything you said was very apt. I couldn't have asked for a more personal service.

Dear Tina - I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent way you handled the ceremony at my father's funeral - especially considering the limited amount of info! Several people commented afterwards how tasteful it was which has greatly pleased my mother. She feels that it all went off very well and I feel it has greatly helped after such a long period of suffering.
Thank you so much for a lovely service yesterday. It was such a comfort and your delivery was excellent, we will all take away fond memories from that service. We couldn't have given Mum a better farewell.
Many people passed comment and I'm sorry that we didn't ask you back to Elm Farm, we had meant to, but it slipped our minds.
We shared many happy memories with family and old friends, many of whom we hadn't seen for some time.
So thank you once again, for your support and kind words.
Sue & family
“Just to say thank you once again for taking Mum’s service last Friday. Everyone remarked on how nice it was - just as she would have wanted. Also remarked how good you were Mirian – as if you had known George and I for some time – which was exactly as we wished.
I have found services at Crematoriums in the past a bit impersonal but certainly not this time – Many Thanks.
Sue and George”
Dear Mirian, “ A belated thankyou for the lovely service you did for my brother, DONALD in June this year.
We would have no problem in recommending you to other people as you made the service very warm and personal ----- Thankyou.”

My parents in law have told me that Jean's funeral went very well
yesterday and I thank you for that.
They were surprised to discover that you hadn't met Jean as you made the
service so personal to her memory, well done!
I have relayed all this to Sheila, Jean's sister in Toronto and she was
comforted by the number of people there and the content of the service.
Many thanks again,
Thank you so much for today, it was special and perfect, the sun shone and I think dad would have enjoyed it.

I certainly felt that you were a family friend talking about Dad and his life, so many many thanks.
All our family and friends said what a lovely service it was. Just wished the weather could have been a little kinder to us, but maybe that was Dad having his last say!
Much love and best wishes
Just a note to convey our grateful thanks in such a wonderful service. I know I drew up the Order of Service and Mum and I put together the tribute, but it all came together with the way you conducted the whole service.

Just a quick line to say thanks and congratulate you on yet another perfect service.
I got more emotional than I thought I would and that was probably because of the excellent job you did and the touching tributes made.
I'm sure Jean and Lesley would have agreed with me when I say it was just what they would have wanted.
Thanks a million
Thank you so much for the photos and for a lovely service yesterday. Every word you said was true to Nana. I know she was smiling down at us.
Karen and the rest of the gang
Thought I would email you to say a massive thank you for the calming and caring way that you handled John's funeral service. It was a truly lovely service and even though you never met John we felt that you had known him for some time and captured his personality very well.

I'm writing to thank you for your conducting of my mother's funeral service. It made a very sad time much more bearable. Several of the mourners commented on how nice it was, one even saying how beautifully the organist played. Up till then I'd been amazed at your skills as a DJ in timing the music so well!
Once again, grateful thanks to you, and your husband.

I just wanted to say thank you for contribution you made to my Dad’s funeral on the 8th March.
Being able to say goodbye to someone special (especially someone who had been a shining example to everyone he knew) in a befitting way was very important to us. You played a massive role in allowing that to happen and we are very grateful indeed. The way you led proceedings on the day was just right, and the help and support you gave us leading up to the funeral was invaluable.
The day was a genuine celebration of his life and an opportunity to reflect and be thankful for what he had given us all. That is exactly what we wanted it to be.
Many thanks and kindest regards
Hi Rowena, I am sorry I missed saying goodbye Saturday.
Your service was perfect for what we all needed.
PaulB and family
Many thanks for making the funeral service go so well today. There were many comments about how it was different but very warm and loving.
I know they were paying attention because I heard the chuckles. Many were surprised how it is possible to avoid the usual routine service.
I really appreciate having a lovely memory of today.
On behalf of my Mum, Val, Mike and myself I would like to thank you so much for delivering such a lovely service for Sir. We received so many compliments on your behalf.
Love Sharon and family x
I would like to thank you for the lovely service yesterday, everything went to plan! There was some sadness but a lot of happiness, everyone said it's was just Jeff, and the fairground music bought a lot of smiles to everyone's face..folk that know him would have understood that!
With lots of love and a massive thank you
Mike and I want to give you our sincerest thanks for leading mums service. We were all touched by the way you led the proceedings which brought peace and tranquility to everyone.
All our friends and family were very complimentary about the way you conducted things.
Once again thank you very much
I can't thank you enough for the moving service you provided for us. You managed to capture Darren as if you too had known him all your life. We as a family found extreme comfort that Darren had a day that he would have been overwhelmed with.
Darren is such a special person, equally you too came across to us in the same way.
So once again from the bottom of our hearts we sincerely thank you, for making the hardest day of our lives a bit more at ease.
Our very best wishes - Sue Godbold & family xx
How can I ever possibly find words to thank you enough for today? Thank you for an absolutely wonderful first day of my new life.
Good Morning Rowena
Hope you are well.
Just wanted to send my sincere
thanks when you conducted the service for my late Father in Law on 22nd
January. It was a most beautiful service and everybody commented how brilliant
you came across. You made the whole family at ease and also made us so proud
He is so missed by us all.
Many thanks again.
Hi Tina, I would just like to thank you on a lovely service you gave for my father today, everybody said how nice it was, thanks again Tina, all the best, Carl xx
Thanks for today- you did a grand job. We had so many comments about the lovely service especially at Colney I am truly grateful to you.
Just wanted to say thank you so much for Dad's service today. You really captured him in your words and everyone said the service was extremely good and was a fitting tribute to a man who was truly a great dad and husband, and also a very well respected and much admired man among his many friends. There were old friends from various parts of the country and representatives from the various clubs he was a member of - sailing club, muzzle loaders (antique gun club) and the North Walsham Rifle and Pistol club. I feel I should point out that dad only ever shot paper targets as he was an animal lover too!
Again, thank you so much for helping to make a difficult day much easier to bear.
With kindest regards
Fiona and Neil Leighton and family
I was just browsing and realised I had not called u to say Thank You so much for a lovely service and your support, advice and kindness.
Apologies for late acknowledgement.
Again Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
I apologise for my delay in writing. I wanted to say thank you for the brilliant celebration you provided to mark Mum's life. It was exactly what we were looking for, and she would have approved. Andrew Jon and I attended the cremation the following day, which went according to plan.
Thanks again for the care and attention you took with arranging Mum's service.
Just like to thank you again for the service you conducted for Paul yesterday. It was really specific to Paul's life and brought back lovely memories from our past. Naturally Paul's passing is a very sad event, especially as he was only 52, but your words helped us to celebrate his life as well as mourn his death. The poems you chose were also perfect for the ceremony, thank you very much on behalf of me and my family.Dave
Dearest Tina, My family and i would like to thank you most sincerely for your compassion and kindness showed to us all on celebrating Ted's life. It gives us great comfort that he is lying at rest in a serene and peaceful location -such as colney woodland, surrounded by the nature that he loved so much as a farmer.
the final verse of 'the woodland' so true.
Our thanks once again the Littlewood family.
As a pellucid sun snaked through the trees,
To cast thin shadows on the ground,
How glad was I, my eyes could see
This woodland royally crowned.
We cannot begin to thank you so very much for the way you conducted Mum’s (Kathleen Waters) funeral today, our family and all the people in the congregation commented afterwards how you radiated warmth and compassion throughout the service.
Your unquestionable sincerity and professionalism stood out from the first time we met you.
When you visited us at the outset of this sad time, you were courteous, helpful and respectful which put us at ease and made the preparation time for the funeral more endurable.
Kate always had a good word and a smile for everyone and we are sure she would have been delighted with your kindness and respect today, she will be sadly missed by many people.
Shirley and I both thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you have done.
Peter and Shirley
Dear Mrs Forshaw
This is just a short note to thank you for your sensitive handling of yesterday's service for my mother. It was exactly as she would have wanted, and my father found it a lot less harrowing than he feared.
We are most grateful to you.
Dear Ms Bowden,
We should like to add our personal thanks to you for the meaningful way in which you handled our son Nick's sad funeral on 16th January.
Yes we know it's your job but we and everyone present were extremely impressed by your knowledge and sincerity.
Being a old signaller myself it was most rewarding to have a Guard of Honour mounted by the Royal Signals Association's Norwich branch together with two standard bearers during the service.
Bryan & Doreen Clark
Hope that you don’t mind me thanking you by email and not by letter but seem to be struggling to get pen to paper and I wanted you to know how much I appreciated the kind and gentle way you conducted Bernie’s funeral, he would have just loved it. The tone that you set and the care you took to make sure that it was a celebration of his life with all the light and shade of his personality was just perfect.
I know that you must take the same care over others but I wanted you to know how much it meant to me to follow Bernie’s instructions and make an awful day bearable.
So thank you Tina for you kindness and professionalism
I am sorry it has taken me until now to be in touch to thank you for leading the lovely service for Mike on Friday. We wanted to thank you not only for leading the tributes but for guiding us into putting together a fitting choice of poetry for Mike. We were surprised by the number of people who came to pay their respects many travelling from Scotland, Cornwall and the North West to be with us. So many commented afterwards on the moving service. It is such a pity that you couldn’t have met Mike.
Thank you again.
Apologies it has taken me until today to make contact, but it was back to work Thursday. However, we (George's family and friends) wanted to say thank you for giving him such a lovely send off on Wednesday. It was a difficult day for many of us, but your words of kindness really helped. Those at the service who had't met you before thought you did a wonderful job and hit just the right note where George was concerned.
I'm sure our paths will cross again some time in the future, but for now many thanks and take care.
Vanessa, Gary, Carla, Derek, Margaret, Dick and Owen.
I had to let you know the wonderful response we have had to Grahams funeral at Colney Wood and afterwards at Mattishall Cemertry.
I do not think we could have done bettter for him. The people who attended, many not knowing of Grahams early life, were amused and delighted with the speeches, and were very pleased with your telling of these tales, the poems were also very much appreciated.
I do however get in touch to say a very big thankyou for making it all so good, so easy and so enjoyable. It sounds a little as though we were not upset, but we had time before and there is too much time after to reflect on all the the could be*s.
So thank you once again, I know several people who are rethinking what they would like when the time comes.
I hope you can get the meaning of what I am trying to say, - a really big, thankyou.
Anne and family.
Thank you so much for a beautiful service. Your words were chosen so well and the end reading was perfect. You handled the science so well which is surely not part of your normal job description.
Thank you for a smooth and thoughtful service. I felt totally at ease from the first contact. Your staff at the service were courteous, well dressed and dignified.
Together you produced the perfect funeral for David
Thank You So much
Just wanted to thank you for a lovely service. Everyone agreed that it came across very well - i.e. personal and light hearted and that it was perfect for mum. We all had a good time back at mine afterwards which my mum would have loved and we had lots and lots of photos of her, and other family members, over the years which was really interesting for all the family. I'm so pleased it all went so well.
Just a quick note to thank you for your excellent service at Horsham on Tuesday in respect of my late Dad.
I think everybody felt that the event, while of course sad, had a light airiness that reflected Dad’s approach to life. (Plus it was such a relief not to have to pretend to sing ‘The Lord is My Shepherd ....’ !)
I think our choice of music etc. complemented your tactful oration. (I think that sounds OK!).
I’d be happy to recommend your work to anyone and do appreciate that it must be a ‘walking on eggshells’ occupation – ensuring you remember family names and relate life events accurately and so on.
Anyway thanks again and all the best for Christmas and next year.
Ref Lillie Smith Funeral Service 3rd January 2014
Thank you for your care, kindness, warmth and attention to detail. Also when words failed us you were able to guide us in the right direction. We couldnt have wished for a better person to have performed the service. Thank you from Lillie Smiths family and friends x
May I thank you on behalf of the family for conducting the service for Donald Kenneth Gordon last Thursday. We are very appreciative of the fact that you did not know Don personally, but that did not come across during the funeral.
Would you also please thank your husband Richard for playing for the hymn and exit music....
Just a quick note to say how pleased we were with the manner you conducted the service for us. We felt that the way it was done showed great compassion , sympathy and this enabled saying good by to Rita so much bearable. Once again thank you.
June & Ian
Just wanted to thank you very much for the excellence of the ceremony for Olives funeral on Tuesday. I was not really sure how it was going to work as I had always been to services with hymns and prayers before. Several people commented afterwards to say how they had enjoyed the service (maybe enjoy is not a good choice of word but I am sure you will understand what I am saying).
Anyway thank you once again.
Just a short note to say thank-you very much for the lovely presentation of mum's funeral on Saturday. I hope your voice has now recovered, it must be one of your worst nightmares so wake in the morning with a sore throat knowing you have to speak in-front of people all day. Any way all went well and thank you once again.
Could I ask you please to email me the tribute as one of mums cousins did not have her hearing aid turned up loud enough and missed some of it. I have promised to email it to her.
Thanks once again
Good afternoon Rowena
I am now back at home in Dundee and just wanted to say a big thank you for a very lovely service ahnd tribute you paid to my father .It would be one he would have loved for sure .I had people say to me afterwards how lovely it was and he would have had wanted just how it turned out .For a sad occasion and day it brought some comfort and happiness to me to know it all went well and we had a very lovely meal after where all toasted him and sat around chatting as if he was there with us .So the very least I could do was to pass on my many thanks and I wish you and your family a very Happy Xmas too
Thank you so much best wishes
Julie I can not thank you enough for the lovely and very sensitive service you done for our mum. You made this very upsetting time a lot easier to get through, and it was lovely to have a few laughs on the way.
It was lovely to have you there to support us when we were doing our speeches because we really wanted to do them, even though we knew it would be hard.
Nigel and myself felt really comfortable with you from the moment we met, and you made it very relaxed for us.
If you ever are near this way, please give us a call and pop in for a coffee and chat.
Thankyou so much again Julie
Christine and I would love to thank you once again for a fantastic service you performed for us on the 20-11-13, for Christine's brother Alan. You gave us comfort and support to get through it.
This is funeral no 3 that you have done for us, two of which have been in this year alone, and each one you have listened and made individual to each person. Your care and compassion is second to none. Our thanks once again to an amazing Lady.
Christine & Rodney.
Just wanted to say a huge 'thank you' for the way you led Dads(Ted Manners)funeral last week. It was a huge comfort to look up & see you being so respectful to his memory & for the calm & dignified flow to the service. We had many very complimentary comments from our guests & would not hesitate to recommend you to others.
Very best wishes, Jane Knight
A few days have passed since my father's cremation last Friday. I
just wanted to thank you for your kindness and guidance in providing a
warm and loving service for my father. I really appreciated your
Just wanted to send a quick message to say thank you so much for reading out our tribute at the funeral this morning. I thought that the service was really lovely and I also thought that you spoke beautifully throughout so thank you.
Thank you, Rowena, for helping us make my mother, Madge's, funeral as worry-free as possible. Your help and kind advice before the day meant a lot. The service you conducted was perfect; we are so glad you were recommended to us.
I just want to thank you so much Tina for the way you conducted the service. It was just perfect. How do you keep so cool & calm ? It makes such a difference & something I would love to be able to be myself .You are so cool & collected & it really shows & helps a great deal when people like me are nervously trying to keep it all together. Thanks Tina, I so appreciated the way you always contacted me as soon as possible when I emailed & how you made the whole procedure very easy to get through. It is of course not easy for the people affected but it cannot be that easy for you either to have to perform more than 1 funeral per day on occasions & still make every one seem a little bit special.Thankyou.
A quick thank you for all your help today. We had a lot of complimentary comments and we are grateful for how you pulled everything together on the day.
Dear Rowena,I just want to thank you so much for all you did for me yesterday, the service was all that dad would have wanted. Everyone said how wonderful you were and how well you read the poems and the Tribute, you helped me find the words I wanted to say to reflect how I felt. Thanks once again.
Tina, I just wanted to thank you for ensuring & creating such a memorial, true reflection of the wonderful man Mark was.
It was so lovely to have the day as a lasting memory of him.
I miss him daily but our little Alfie keeps me strong & determined to carry on raising our son in the way we would of together.
Love & thanks always Rhoda XX
Thank you for the service you provided for Dorothy Dawson. The family were delighted with the sincerity of your words, and we came away knowing she would have been pleased with all your efforts.
I have already thanked you but I just wanted to say so much more.
Your personal service really was second to none and you certainly went that extra mile for us in every way. From the first home meeting with you right through to the end of the funeral service you made us feel special and at ease. The service really was a true celebration of Rob's life and on such a sad and difficult day we were able to smile and even laugh amongst our tears as your words were so special to us. We could feel you were really "with us" on the day. I cannot ever thank you enough.
Elaine (Steve and Jo).
A big thank you from the family for the way you delivered Mum's Service.
Your closing words especially made my sister Linda feel much comforted.
You appeared from nowhere and when we went to thank you, you had disappeared.
Thank you again
Sandra and all Florrie's family xx
I just wanted to thank you for making a difficult time so much easier for us. The service was lovely and you made everything easier, stress free and most importantly you helped us to cope. Thank you kindly. Yasmin and family xxx
I will follow this (eventually) with a hand written thank you, but I just wanted you to know how pleased we were with your part (and indeed all) of the service. You just got it spot on and the glances you gave us, and to me personally gave me such ........... I can't think of the right word but think you'll know what I mean.
You are the perfect person for the job you do and we are so pleased we chose you. Thank you a hundred times.
Kind Regards - Elaine
This is just to say a heartful thank you from all of us for everything you did to support us through Thelma's funeral. Your thoughtful and sensitive help with the preparations and the way you supported us all through the service was brilliant and we couldnt' have asked for more. We are most grateful.
We would also like to pass on our sincere thanks to the man who managed the music. This was such an important part of the service and we didn't make it easy, but he got it absoltuely perfect. We would like to thank him in person and if you could please let us know how we contact him, that would be great.
Several people who came along had not been to a service like Thelma's before and found it very thought-provoking and moving. People said very complimentary things about yourself and the service and two said it was the nicest funeral they'd ever been to. We believe it was the best way possible to say goodbye to Thelma and we will not forget the part you played for us .
With very best wishes
John,Ann, Clare and Robert.
Hi Trish, We just want to say a very big thank you for the way you
conducted our mums (Joan Wheeler) funeral service. Several people
commented how nice and relaxed it was. You really showed us
all a lot of respect and dignity which we very much appreciate.
Mary Barbara and Andrew
I wanted to say how perfectly you interpreted my dad's funeral (Brian Lake) - we were very very specific on the timing of the music and the poems and the 'practical' part of the service.
I would certainly recommend you to anyone who wants a personalised service.
You were fantastic - thank you so much.
I just wanted to say thank you very much for conducting such a beautiful service. Everyone that attended shared the same feeling that the memorial was a fitting and heartfelt tribute to the memory of Gary.
With all best wishes,
Thank you so much for the beautiful service for our Mum, Lillian Brooker, you were very friendly and open on your visit to us and listened to our thoughts on Mum and that certainly came through on the day, it is very clear you enjoy what you do. We have recieved many comments on your compassion during the service, it helped us through a difficult day and will remember the way it was handled for many years to come.
I would like to say a very big thank you for the graveside service you led for my dad Colin at the Sprowston Cemetery on Thursday 8th, it was very moving and emotional but a wonderful send off, thank you for helping me through such an emotional time
Thank you so much for delivering the service with so much love. We all felt as if you knew us as a family and I think I can speak for everyone that the service helped us to say goodbye to Denise and leave her in peace.
Just a note to say thanks for pulling together the service for Mum at St Faiths. I did wonder how you were going to pull together the diverse opinions of us all, but you managed it remarkably well. It was really good that so many of us participated in the service, and most of the congregation thought the service was a great tribute and send off for Mum.
I didn't get a chance to say thank you for the wonderful service you led for our dad Robin yesterday. You did an amazing job and me, Charlie and the rest of the family are very grateful to you for the work you put in to making it such a positive day. Thank you very much,
Sharon and Charlie.
I just wanted to say a big thank you for the funeral service you carried out for Dad (Les Brown), it was just as we wanted and I am sure Dad would have approved too.
with kind regards
Thank you so much for the wonderful service you conducted for Dad (Bill King) on Monday, and also for your help with the speeches. We couldn't have got through it without you. I have been asked to pass on compliments from our friends and I do this with great pleasure. They really appreciated the personal nature of the service and said Dad would have been proud of such a send-off.
Thank you once again.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the service you conducted yesterday.
I thought you had a lovely, genuine approach, which I found very comforting and reassuring, and I had no end of people say how nice you were and how lovely it was.
Thank you again, you made a very difficult occasion easier to get through.
Dear Tina just to say a big thank you for the lovely service you conducted for dad (John Hopwood). It was perfect for him in every detail.
Thank you so much for helping us give Dad such a lovely 'send off'. The ceremony was really personal and everyone thought it was a fitting celebration.
The Bull and Crown was an ideal place for refreshments. Providing a lovely buffet in a room with a horse racing picture, pictures of dogs playing snooker and a couple of badmington rackets on the walls!
We are so happy that Debbie recommened you. You both did Dad proud.
Lorraine and Mark
Once again thanks for all you did yesterday – we were all very pleased with the service – you got the mix just right and helped us make a difficult time into a celebration of my Dad’s life.
Dear Julie, Just a line to say thank you very much, on behalf of my family, for your sensitive handling of the ceremony on Friday and, of course, for all your patience and helpfulness in the weeks prior. Many guests on Friday came up to me afterwards and said how they had so enjoyed the setting, the music, your words, in fact the whole thing was very beautiful.
Here's wishing you well in the future,
I just wanted to say thanks for all your help in dealing with Mums service, it was just perfect - I have logged onto your web site and lit a candle and it looks cool -
You take care and once again thanks for everything
Both of us and our family, would like to thank you for such a comforting and moving service today.
This is a stressful time for us all and our heartfelt thanks go to you for guiding us through this period of our lives.
Brenda and Paul
Dear Tina, just to say a very big thank you for the service which you composed and conducted for Mum's funeral last Thursday, like Dad's it went off very smoothly. Angela reckoned it was the nicest funeral she had ever attended, and this was echoed by quite a few people, my best friend from London said he had never been to a service so beautifully conducted, yes Tina you are a star..
as a matter of interest david got onto radio gold that night and told them all about you and the funeral that day and they played '24 hours from Tulsa' again for Mum. Thank you once again Tina, lots of love Les, Angela, David and Rose.
Thank you so much for all your support before and during my mother's funeral.
It was such a relief to talk to someone who truly understands.
Thank your husband for his playing of 'Singing In The Rain' , Mum would have loved it.
With kindest regards
I just wanted to say thank you for yesterday. The service was just as David
would have wanted it; short, simple and surrounded by his friends, family
Just a quick message from My Family and I to say thankyou for the wonderful service you conducted for Our Dad David on Friday.

Tina, honestly, so many people asked me to pass on to you, what a beautiful service you gave, thank you so much xxxxxxxx
A quick note of thanks to a lady so sweet.
Who provided a service with professional elite.
Everything sorted all tidy and neat.
With your guidance and care our day was complete.
No stone unturned from the mess in my head,
It's now down on paper, through your pen , Go ahead.
Nerves and emotions, creeping closer with dread.
Then we met, you spoke, my words had to be said.
The send off was great, how did you know what I see?
That our goodbyes were dealt with such sincerity.
It's from Wayne, the gang, but mostly Marie.
We'll love you forever, Miss Chocaholic Julie xxx
Dear Rowena, Just a small note to say a very big thank you for such a lovely service. I had several comments about how appropriate it was for my dad.
Thanks again for making a difficult time easier
love Anne x
Dear Richard. I would like to say Thank You for the way in which you conducted the celebratory service for my dear Mum Edna.
Like her surprise 90th birthday party last May, of which she kept saying 'I shall never forget it' I am sure she is saying the same about her funeral.
For many people who were there last week, a celebrant rather than a member of the clergy was a new and very pleasant experience...one even remarked that the service was a 'magnificent change'.
Once again Thank you Richard, Kind regards Tricia.
Just want to thank you for the lovely service you done, my Dad would have approved of that and everybody said that was one of the best services under the circumstances that they have been too.
My nan, Maureen, just wanted me to email you (she's not into technology!) to express her gratitude for the wonderful service you officiated for my grandad, Peter's, on 10th May at Earlham Crematorium.
It was a beautiful service and we all commented on your professionalism but also genuine, caring attitude.
Thank you on behalf of all the family,
Dear Dr. Baker
I am so sorry I was not able to thank you following the service you conducted yesterday to celebrate my Mums life. It is , as I am sure you must have witnessed many times, an emotional time, despite the age, the final goodbye is so hard.
The service was really appreciated by all present, my brothers would like to join me in thanking you for your efforts, it was so obvious you had absorbed the feeling we wished to convey. The words and sentiments that you had added around the eulogy seemed very appropriate.
Many, many thanks again for making such a sad day for us such a memorable one , one which we will look back on, not only with the pain of our loss but also with a positive feeling, remembering mums long and full life.
I would like to say a big thank you for such a lovely service you gave for my mum my family could not get over how personal you made it for her it was just what my boys and I wanted all about her, so thank you again you helped to make a very sad day special.
with love from
Lesley, Andrew, Philip and Antony

P.S: Did tell him that I didn’t know if “lady” was the right word –
I felt I had to get in touch with you as soon as possible to say a big 'Thank You' from me and Shirley, Maurice & Brian for taking the service for our mum Daisy today. We could not have wished it to be any different and your manner & thoughtfulness made everything just perfect.
We all agreed that your words and the tribute delivered in your very distinctive way set the tone of the day - solemn but as you said - a celebration of her life as someone we all loved and will miss terribly but so glad she was a part of our lives for so long.
Thank you once again for all you did from all the preparation to the end of the service at Earlham.
Dear Tina, Thank you so much for the celebration for my Mum, it was just perfect. All our family and friends have all said how lovely everything went on the day, we all thank you so Much from Julie, Adam and Scott..

Hopefully we will meet again under nicer circumstances.
Thank you so much for the lovely service that you gave for my sister. It was just perfect for Susan. It is always so hard to say goodbye to someone you love but even harder when they are taken before their time. Having a service that truly reflects a loved one and knowing that it was how they would have wanted it to be is a great comfort. I was so pleased that you chose the closing reading/poem that you
did at the end of the service as both Roger and I thought it was so beautiful and Susan loved meaningful poetry. I wonder if it would be possible for you to send me a copy of it by e-mail as we would dearly love to have it to reflect upon and remember Susan.
Thank you once again
Just wanted to say a massive Thanks to Rowena for a wonderful send off she gave my dad on Mon 11th March,it was just what he would of wanted, everyone who came to the service said how nice it was. It was conducted in exactly the way we know Ralph would appreciate, and struck just the right balance of sorrow and humour.

Please pass our grateful thanks to your husband for his support in the singing, as well as his organ playing!
With sincere thanks,

It went as we hoped it would, so thanks again for your advice and support. Regards Peter.
I'm afraid my emotions got the better of me yesterday at the end of Dads Service. Thankfully Arfie was there to help me and i'm glad it happened at the end of the service and not during the tribute.
It did mean however that I did not get a chance to thank you for the lovely service you gave. It was not just myself who thought this as during the afternoon several people also said to me that they thought it was a lovely service.
So thank you Tina, not only for the lovely service but also for the kindness you have shown me and my family.
Dear Tina, I feel I must thank you for the lovely service you conducted for my late wife Brenda. Although it was a sad time I'm sure she would have loved the way you conducted her service. With fond regards
Pauline, Lisa and Stuart
Thank you so much for your help with creating a ‘celebration’ for Brian’s service. Your professionalism, quiet gentle manner and good ideas supported us through this difficult task.
We were surprised and delighted that you were flexible enough to come and visit us on a Monday evening at 7.30pm in order to hold a meeting the three girls most affected by Brian’s passing. That way all could contribute and it helped to lessen the stress involved with a challenging task.
The efficiency of the email exchanges also helped to give up complete confidence in striking the right balance with the service , and that the service would be as we would have wished.
On the day the ‘celebration’ was very touching and exactly as we had hoped. I have received some very positive feedback about the service from those who attended.
Heartfelt thanks for a job well done!
The family of Stanley Elliott would like to thank you for the lovely funeral service at St Faiths Cremetorium on 24th Ocotober. Sorry I did not have a chance to speak to you on the day but I was concerned for my children.

Although I was upset, I couldn't have wished for a better 'send off' for mum, thanks to you.The added touch of the little cards at the end was just lovely.
Thankyou so much for everything.
Julie - thank you for carrying out the funeral service on 26th October for my beloved mother Dilys Tuddenham. All the family agreed it was just the sort of funeral she would have wished for and your calm and compassionate manner helped me through what I feared would be an unbearable experience. I'm not one for hugging strangers but I needed your hugs that day so thank you! Jennifer Duvall.
Julie - Thank you so much for the lovely funeral you carried out at Earlham on 17th October for my darling Mum Gladys Dewing. Trish, Thank you so much for the way you conducted the ceremony. I have been inundated with compliments about you and how you conducted the service; ranging from the lovely tone of your voice and the way you spoke about Colin to the support and respect you showed to me, Colin and all present. Even members of the congregation have approached me and have commented that they would like you to conduct their service when it is their time to pass.

Just a quick few words to pass my personal congratulations to Rowena on her service she officiated the other day at Great Yarmouth Crematorium. The family were really pleased with everything, so I feel it is appropriate to pass the message on. Well done Rowena!
Quick word in retrospect to thank you very very much for all your work on Thursday. You told me not to worry, and you were right. We were all agreed that it was everything that Jen could or would have wanted, and your contribution to it was great. I think you will have seen by the attendance that our claim she was very special was justified, and you very successfully and sensitively made this clear, even if you were preaching to the converted. I've already been told by many people there that it 'lovely', 'wonderful', perfect' etc. From my sons and myself, and everyone else who loved Jen, thank you again, and best wishes, Andrew Daniels.
I want to thank you so much for Dad's Celebration of Life Ceremony. You gave him a lovely dignified, moving send off. Everyone said afterwards that it was the most beautiful funeral service they had attended. Even though we had tears in our eyes, we all felt it was such a fitting service for Dad/Grandad and felt comforted by your sensitive handling of it all. You are definately gifted in what you are doing and I hope and pray that you continue to do this wonderful service for the families and their departed loved ones.
Thank you once again Tina.
Lots of love,
Christine Stebbing and family X X
Tina Thank you so much for the support you gave to me and my sons both before and during the funeral of their father. Your thoughtfulness made a difficult day more bearable. Despite only have met us a short while before taking the service I really felt that we had a friend on hand to carry us through
I wanted to say how much we appreciate the service you gave at Mum’s funeral at St Faiths, it was very moving and personal and just what we wanted for the day. There were a lot of very positive comments from family and friends on how much more personal a civil service was than a traditional one, and how much those present enjoyed the service (if you can say that about a funeral service)
Judy & Dave
Thank you Tina for a reaaly lovely, heartfelt service. Everyone was very complimentary and said it was a great tribute and felt very personal.
People said you spoke like you knew my Dad and that meant a lot to us. Thank you for spending time with us before the service, to get to know my Dad. Thank you also for the poem you gave me after the service - what lovely words and a lovely gesture.

Thank you so much for the beautiful service you conducted for our Mum's funeral. Your help and support in bringing both her wishes and our suggestions together was wonderful. The end result was a service that everyone who attended has told me was very special, moving and unique - bit like our Mum - so you captured her completely, even without meeting her. You have a true gift of communication and compassion, our families were very lucky to have found you. I do hope we meet again, although I hope in happier circumstances.
Our thanks and love to you
Jennie & Dave Smele and families
Tina - I've just re-read the poem you sent to me after David's funeral, as I've done many times but this time I really wanted to say how lovely it is, so typical of what he'd have wanted to tell us himself. It's given comfort to Helen and Robert as well as me, especially the photos on the back! Thanks so much. Very kind regards, Diana Greenwood.
Dear Tina, what you did for our Mum was beautiful. Every single person who attended including the undertakers said they had never heard such a personal, warm, & sometimes funny Eulogy. It meant so much to my sister, Dad & I that you were able to perform the ceremony. We cannot thank you enough
The service you provided for our dear dad Frank was very warm, heartfelt and personal to him, his wife Edith and our loving family. It made a sad day easier to handle knowing that all of Edith's requests had been dealt with in a very professional and caring manner.

Dear Tina, having spent two weeks, day and night worrying how we would all cope with my mothers funeral service ( June Brock ) We cant express enough how your delivery of the service made the day something special to remember,a day of sadness yet lifted by light laughter and silent smiles, you eased us all through this difficult and sad day with such personal compassion. These sentiments were also expressed to the family by everyone attending. You summed up mum so well one would think you were old friends. You have exceeded all our expectations of the day, we would all like to thank you wholeheartedly for your services. With the best of wishes Carl, Jane, Laurie and the family.x

Just to comment on the service for my nephew Gareth Peter Howes. Myself, Gerald, Sarah & Kerry (Dugdell) found the service very uplifing, tears & laughter at this very sad time. Also the poem on Gareths card was very touching. Rest in peace 'our Gareth'.
I was asked by lots of people for the poems from Gareth's service, so here they are.... Tina
No pain beyond, no tears, no fear.
No thought of death for I'm still near.
No hugs I know, nor sweet caress,
But I'm still close to love and bless,
No quiet word, nor gentle touch,
But don't despair I love you very much
No gesture kind to show I care,
The veil is drawn, but I'm still there.
Grieve not too long-but look around
In earthly things I shall be found.
A falling leaf, a growing tree,
In every breeze you will feel me.
I walk in life, death holds no pain.
Be reassured we will meet again.
I give you this one thought to keep
I am with you still I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awake in the mornings hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not think of me as gone-
I am with you still in each new dawn.
Many thanks Tina ... Tuesday 28th was lovely and just as Dad wanted! Carol x

Dear Tina, We wanted to write & thank you for the lovely service you conducted for our son Steven's funeral. The help and guidance you gave us was perfect and as hard as the day was going to be we felt it was something that truly reflected his too short life and personality to the full. On the day and since we've have had so many kind comments from family and friends as to how personal the service felt. Thank you again, David, Sheila, Matthew & Daniel

Dearest Tina, A very big thank you for reading my daughters verse today for her nan Pam. She was too emotional herself and it being a difficult time for us all, but you made it feel as if you knew Mum personally. Spending the time with Dad to find out about mum was really appreciated. Thank you so much for the fabulous service you conducted for Dad's funeral. I was so pleased with the help you gave us before the day and the caring and thoughtful way you dealt with us and the other mourners on the day, it made a very difficult time so much more bearable. I was so touched with the personal time you put into preparing the tributes for Dad and for the perfect way you read my eulogy to him, I don't think there was a dry eye in the house. Thank you again, I wish you every success for the future, you deserve it,
Kindest regards, Lisa Hoare & family XX

I wanted to thank you so much for the lovely service you gave at the Woodland Park and for speaking the words I'd written with such understanding. Norman couldn't have wished for a better heartfelt 'send-off 'and everyone I spoke to felt the same.

Dear Tina, thank you so much for the very special and beautiful service you did for Gillian. Everyone who attended commented on how wonderful the service was and several asked where we got the idea of the flower placing, that was down to you and it was perfect. John especially appreciated your words of encouragement whilst he did the eulogy. You made us feel at ease from the very first moment we met you and with your help and guidance we gave Gillian a fitting farewell. Thank you for the "Angel Kisses" cards, everyone who attended Gillian's funeral took one home, that was such a kind touch appreciated by us all. We weren't really "with it" enough to express our thanks on the day but hope this makes up for it. You have a very special gift and touch in what you do. With deep and heartfelt thanks from Tarina and John.
Hi Tina, I was not in a fit state to say what I wanted to you after the funeral, but now I want to thank you for doing such a wonderful service. I was not the only person who commented on how well you conducted the whole thing and I thought it was extremely moving and sincere.
Tina Many thanks for your assistance in our days of need, the service went off very smoothly; however I'm sorry that I was unable to read out my contribution to the service. As you know I found it was really too much. All I can say is thank goodness my daughter Suzanna was able to stand in. Once again thank you, it was nice meeting you however it would have been even better under different circumstances. Kind Regards Ian
Dear Tina thank you for the poems and a big thank you for the great service you provided, so many people commented on your role and said that you really brought every thing together with sensitivity and love. Keep up the good work. Wishing you love and happiness for the new year. love francesca xx
Hello Tina, I wanted to say how much I appreciated your help in choosing the format of Dad's service and then the lovely suggested poems. The whole family were so pleased with the results. We also were very touched with the way you conducted the service & made it seem so personal, as if you knew him yourself. I have sent the folders to my sisters in New Zealand & Tobago, again, thanks for them. The little cards with the poems I have shown them to several friends & everybody cannot believe how much consolation the poem seems to give.
I wish you & all your family well, Seasons greetings and Best Wishes & good health for 2008.
With Love & Thanks
Hello Tina, I just wanted to say, on behalf of my Father and the rest of the family, thank you for the service and the help you gave us in the days leading up to the funeral. Everybody I have spoken to has commented on the fact that it was a really good service, so thanks once again
Dear Tina, I hope that you have a lovely time over the Christmas holidays, please send us some snow as it was 26C yesterday!
I wanted to thank you for organising Thelma's funeral service for us and all the arrangements you made on our behalf, Mike and I felt that the ceremony held and conducted by you with the assistance of Glynn at Peter Taylors was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner, a lovely tribute to her.
It was hard leaving North Walsham and returning to Houston, (as it always was), however Thelma's in my dreams and my thoughts during the day. I miss her a lot; her advice and the wise words she always had for me. I have contact with her friends and neighbours to share their memories of her as they wish. I am looking forward to returning to North Walsham in February.
Thank-you again and Happy New Year!
Hi Tina, just a quick thank you from me, Jane and Madge Barker. Despite it being an obviously sad occasion for us, we thought you gave a beautiful 'service' for Stan. It was a send off we know he would have liked and approved of. A lot of friends and family also said they were really impressed, so once again thank you and all the best.

Everybody commented on what a personal service it was, my sincere thanks for going along with my unorthadox kind of service Veronica. Norwich
Dearest Tina, We are particularly grateful to you for putting us at our ease and for making us feel that we were participating in a ceremony that we had chosen. You struck just the right note, the required solemnity with your professionalism, still allowing for the human touch. All friends and family have asked us to say how much they enjoyed the ceremony, going away with the feeling that the whole procedure had been worthwhile and not just a stiff formality. Yours Sincerely F and J
